Karlovy Vary Sprudel Salt is made from thermal water drawn from deep beneath Karlovy Vary – the same water that has been flowing from the famous spa springs for centuries.
Through gentle evaporation, the water is transformed into a pure mineral powder containing more than 25 natural minerals, preserved in exactly the same proportions as in the original thermal spring water. Thanks to this, the salt has the same effect as the drinking cure taken directly at the spring.

How to follow the home cleansing cure

Dissolve 3 g of salt (1 measuring spoon) in 250 ml of warm water. Drink slowly, ideally 30 minutes before meals, 2–3 times daily or as recommended by a physician.
The salt dissolves in warm water. For better taste and to reduce high alkalinity, the use of warm sparkling water is recommended.
